Rooms for families
Our family rooms are furnished with a double bed, as well as a bunk bed, and can accommodate up to 4 persons. We can arrange an extra bed per room for families with 5 persons. Price per extra bed is 200 dkk per night.
Children under 3 years of age can sleep in the bed of a parent free of change. If you want a cot, or a baby-bed, during your stay, this can be rented incl. sheet, pillow and duvet for 150 dkk for the entire stay.
Children and youngsters under the age of 16 may only stay at Danhostel Aarhus City if accompanied by an adult.
Food for children
Every morning we offer a delicious child-friendly breakfast buffet in our café, where we among other things serve:
• Freshly baked bread
• Cheese and sausage• Nutella and jam
• Corn flakes, muesli and oatmeal
• Yogurt, milk and juice
• Fruit and vegetables
Games for children
In our cozy café we have collected a number of board games and puzzles that you can borrow for free. This allows families with children to relax in the café and gather energy after a long day of sightseeing in the city. You decide the pace yourself, and our café is ideal for a quiet time.
Free WiFi
Free and super-fast WiFi internet is available throughout our hostel. With a location in the old telephone exchange, we have direct access to the largest cables in the city, and we have secured with our guests can surf unlimited on the Internet. We know how important it is for both children and adults to have a stable and fast internet connection so everyone can relax after a long day of sightseeing.
