If you’re driving in Denmark, you need to be aware of new environmental zone requirements for diesel-powered cars in five Danish cities.

Starting from October 1, 2023, diesel-powered cars must have a particulate filter installed or be at least Euro 5 standard to be used legally in the environmental zone in cities like Aarhus. This applies to both foreign and Danish cars.
